This marble bust, depicting Roman Emperor Hadrian in his early reign, was discovered at Hadrian's villa in Tibur. It showcases a serene face and short beard, as Romans usually shaved off beards upon reaching maturity, but Hadrian chose to keep his due to his affinity for Greek culture. The artifact is exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC. For 3D printing attempts, Black ABS on Replicator 1 Dual using low settings took 1.5 hours, while White ABS on Replicator 1 Dual using high settings took 3.5 hours; support additions were made to address overhang issues.
