This photograph captures a replica of an ancient bust on display at the Capitoline Museum in Rome, Italy. The figure depicted is Bacchus, or Dionysus, the revered deity associated with wine, adorned with a wreath made from ivy. As a master restorer of antique sculptures, Albacini was renowned for his exceptional skill, second only to Cavaceppi during the late 18th century in Rome.
