Made this holder for .45 .8 and 1mm metal business cards ordered off Aliexpress. Work in progress as I really meant to get sample cards done for a friend, the should fit 8.5 to 5.4cm or less. I'm including the fusion 360 file for anyone to mod as needed cards come in so many sizes. Didn't use a particular filament just scrap I have laying around, was some multi-color pla. The pins holding the tray in place are someone elses design, I printed those in TPU. I found PLA too rigid and would snap often.
