This project was inspired by Dmatsumoto's thingiverse.com/thing:1637 calibration piece. Despite having issues with filled-in objects, the user managed to create beautiful single strand walls using their Cupcake 3D printer. They designed a box with single strand walls and added a base, but faced difficulties with rounded corners in Blender. The stl file couldn't be opened in ReplicatorG-23 due to errors. Skeinforge (35) also struggled with the cutout part at the top edge of the original design. To overcome these challenges, the user modified their design into a square box and later cut out the design manually. The finished product is 95mm tall and features a snug-fitting lid with a friction-providing seam. An unsuccessful stl file with the original cut-out design is also included for others to attempt.
