I worked on this project as part of a manual milling class I just completed. My finished product looks good, in my opinion. However, on the original model my slot for holding the cards came out slightly wrong due to limitations with the cutting bit used - it was too short to get an accurate measurement. Similarly, a flaw appeared on top because I made an error during production: my design measures .74 inches by 2.85 inches. This project served as a valuable learning experience, covering basic milling techniques in a simple and fun way. Additionally, I decided to add a small fillet, about .001 of an inch, to all the edges on my model, anticipating the polishing process would follow suit on the actual item.
