Simple 2-piece business card holder, designed to accommodate cards measuring 84mm x 55mm. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator 4S Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: None Notes: Using a 0.1mm tolerance friction fit between the upper and lower pieces ensures they stay together. Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, wall thicknesses are multiples of this to eliminate infill needs. Constructed from Rigid Ink's red PLA. How I Designed This Created using Autodesk's Fusion 360, where only one simple sketch (concentric rectangles) was needed, utilizing user parameters for all dimensions and tolerances.
