Bushnell Nitro parallax wheel
thingiverse
My wife's Fx Impact Mk2 just got a Bushnell Nitro 4-16 scope, so I decided to create a custom Parallax wheel for it. I based the design on my ConusPro parallax wheel and modified it to fit her scope seamlessly. This unique design relies on two M3 screws and nuts to secure it firmly in place on the scope. To be honest, I would have preferred a tension fit, but unfortunately, there isn't enough turret space on this particular scope for a reliable grip. While designing it, I realized my spokes resembled the iconic HalfLife logo from classic computer games, so I decided to roll with it - coincidentally, my wife's name starts with an H, which made the theme work out nicely. She didn't catch the reference, though! The custom wheel was printed in nylon 910 using our current printer settings: .175 layers, three shell builds, and four top and bottom layers without any brim. It worked flawlessly as expected.
