Bushmule Cargo Door

Bushmule Cargo Door

I never cared for the default cargo doors that came with the Bush Mule so I decided to improve things. I used simple stick pins for hinges and 2-56 rod & DuBro Mini Clevis for servo linkage as shown in the photo(s).It is not necessary to remove the existing servo but I did to omit the extra clutter. I did have to remove a little foam to accommodate the servo and linkage space as shown in the photo.I heated the pins with a lighter and slid them into the access holes provided in the print. Cut the odd little ball off the end so they fit nice and flush. Always dry fit the doors to assure that nothing is obstructing the hinge movement. No print is ever perfect and shave away any protruding pieces or rounding on the inside corners. Clearances are pretty tight for added strength. The cover will need to be CA'd (glued) to the frame so things don't get tangled into the servo mechanics. Linkage should be at or very near full throws by default.Bombs away.
