The Gilbertson Pole System is a way to install bird nesting boxes in a practical and predator-safe way. For more details see: https://bbne.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/gilbertson_mounting.pdf This small part is a bushing that goes between a piece of 1/2" rebar and the inside of a piece of 1/2" EMT conduit. This part reduces rattle by creating a tighter fit between the rebar and conduit.
