Bushel Basket Handles

<p>This is a handle to make it more comfortable to carry bushel baskets with wire handles. I use these on baskets I use at the farmer's market when buying large quantities of vegetables.</p><p>The handle would also work for carrying shopping bags that sometimes start cutting into your fingers.</p><p>This is a two piece design that slides together. The outside edges are rounded for comfort. Simply put the wire basket handle into the slot then rotate the inner piece against the outer to lock it together.</p><p>I provided a handle in 60mm, 65mm, 70mm, 75mm &amp; 80mm lengths. The CAD files are provided if you want to modify it for your own needs.</p><h3>&nbsp;</h3><h3>Printing</h3><p>Print two of the inner and outer pieces of your chosen length for a left and right handle. No supports are necessary if the flat edge of the handle is on the bed.</p><p>I made the shells an integer multiple of a 0.4mm nozzle.</p><p>For reference printing both parts of the 80mm version uses 15g of material when printed solid.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p><strong>Printer: </strong>Ender 3 Pro w/ direct drive</p><p><strong>Rafts: </strong>No</p><p><strong>Supports:</strong> No</p><p><strong>Resolution: </strong>0.15-0.2mm</p><p><strong>Infill:</strong> 15% or higher</p><p><strong>Shells:</strong> 2+</p><p><strong>Material:</strong> PLA/PETG</p>
