Bush vintage radio Amazon Echo Dot holder
thingiverse
I've got a vintage bush radio that's been transformed into a unique housing for an Echo Dot. Using Fusion 360, I carefully copied the original design and created a hollow space where the Echo dot can fit seamlessly. For those interested in printing a smaller version of this innovative project, I've also created a scaled-down model that fits perfectly on my printer bed. However, if you're looking to print the full-size version, be prepared for a lengthy printing process, as it needs to be split into two halves to accommodate its size. If your 3D printer has a large enough bed, you can go ahead and print the entire thing at once. Alternatively, you can print both sides (left and right) separately. I've also included a slim version of this project, which has reduced depth but still provides ample space for an Echo Dot. Please note that there is no back cover on these prints. I'd love to hear from anyone who decides to print the full-size version - if only I had access to a faster printer!
