I had to share control with 14 track switches, so I created this solution. You'll need to cut up a tin can or similar material to make the two electrical contact strips - I used a spring from an old Airsoft P90 magazine to make mine, but it was a real challenge to accomplish that. If you're working with something that's low amp, you might be able to get away with just using conductive tape instead.
