I was trying to print a replacement toe strap using Burton binding, but I had no success due to high shrinkage of my Nylon filament. Maybe you can try printing it with higher quality Nylon Filament. Then I decided to give TPU a shot and the result turned out nicely. The end product is strong and has minimal stretching, which keeps the ratchet firmly in place. I'm really looking forward to putting it to the test on real snow. -------------------------- I updated v3 and v4 with a deeper teeth section to prevent the strap from slipping. Also, consider printing with ASA/ABS or PETG for better performance, as TPU is too soft.
