This is my own custom low poly design for my car.\nThe kitcar's chassis is based on a classic 2cv design.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: DIY Delta Printer Rafts: No rafts are needed. Supports: Supports don't matter, but I didn't use any anyway. Resolution: The print resolution is set to 0.25 mm. Infill: The infill density is at 30%. Notes: I used a 0.25 layer height with a 0.4 nozzle size for optimal results. I also added 8 top layers to prevent sagging and ensure a smooth finish. Post-Printing Placing the Axle The axle simply slides into the slots, but you may need to widen the entry slightly. Don't overcut in the middle of the slot, start cutting from the corner instead. Once it fits, gently push the axle into place. How I Designed This Car I created this custom design using SketchUp software.
