Burroughs B205 Computer Console - A Sci-Fi Icon of the 60's and 70's. The Burroughs B205 computer console was a staple in many sci-fi shows of the 1960s and 1970s. It made its debut in the opening scenes of the first episode of Lost in Space, with six consoles prominently displayed in launch control. Two more consoles were featured on the Jupiter itself. These STL files are based on documentation from www.angelfire.com/scifi/B205. My goal was to create a 3D printed replica (scaled down to 34 percent size) that would fit on my Lulzbot and be controlled by an Arduino to display LED patterns. Although I started the project, it remains unfinished as of now. Enjoy these files and relive your childhood memories! Changes from the original design include modifications made for 3D printing purposes. The main body has been reinforced, while the back panel has been redesigned for improved fitment. Printing Instructions: To print the Burroughs B205 console, you will need to use supports for the main body. Print the body on its back with supports in place. All other parts should be printed flat on the print bed. For a visual guide, refer to this YouTube video: https://youtu.be/s4_lZgSgayw
