Create Your Own 3-Piece Burr Puzzle Step 1: Design the Pieces Open a CAD software like Tinkercad or Fusion 360 and create three identical pieces. Each piece should have a small notch on one side and a corresponding tab on the other. Step 2: Add the Notch and Tab Features Use the software to add a small notch on one edge of each piece and a matching tab on the opposite edge. Make sure the notch and tab are aligned correctly so they fit together perfectly. Step 3: Add a Small Hole for Assembly Create a small hole in the center of each piece, just large enough for the tab to pass through. This will allow you to assemble the puzzle by inserting the tabs into the notches. Step 4: Assemble the Puzzle Place one piece on top of another and insert the tab into the notch.
