Please follow these instructions to customize your order: set layer height to 0.2, picture orientation as horizontal, picture shape as standard, text reversal as 'no', include a hole with diameter of 10mm, select large pane size, adjust text size to 10, upload image file named "lithopane_new20140123-19506-17p9d7u-0.dat", and add text lines (up to 5) as desired. Specify text vertical position (default is 0), and choose 12 layers for your item.
