This lowpoly house model has a burnt thatched appearance and comprises of 723 vertices, 543 faces, and 1061 triangles. It is built in Blender with native dimensions of approximately 4.9x6x6.3 meters (16x19.7x20.6 feet). The origin point is at the world center and base of the building. Renders using Blender's internal lighting are available, as well as app previews. A UE Mannequin is provided for scale but not included in the model. Additional objects such as a rubble pile and burned beam can be found separately and are positional on different layers within Blender, exported as standalone objects, and archived in various formats. The texture pack includes 2048x2048 JPG files of burnt wood, charcoal wood, plaster, stone and plaster, burned stone and plaster, and two burnt doors. Diffuse and Normal maps are utilized within the Blender file while specularity, AO, and displacement maps are also included for convenience. Note that textures in formats other than .blend may need to be reassigned, and materials in Unreal Engine might require adjustments.
