This design fits the chasis of the noctua a12x25, you might want to print the lower layers at a very low resolution, to make sure the low alpha sections have good bottom surfaces. These designs include lifretors that are supposed to redistribute lift and reduce tip losses by changing the lift distribution before the vortexes get to the tip.
