I redesigned this part because it was too flimsy for my liking. I did notice that my matte PLA is not as stiff as regular PLA so it could be entirely due to this. I decided the "beef up" this part a little bit and adjust some of the dimensions to make the grille fit better. This one also has 5 screw holes rather than 4.
