Burley D'Lite Handlebar Mount 2004-2006
thingiverse
After many years of heavy use as a stroller, the handlebar mount on my Burley D'Lite finally gave in to its wear and tear. Instead of calling up Burley's customer support and potentially getting it taken care of for free, I decided to take matters into my own hands and design a replacement part for it. This custom-made part is a direct replacement for the original one and appears to be a solid and effective solution so far. My trusty Burley from 2005 has been serving me well, and this new part will give it a fresh new lease on life. Here's a link to the archived product page from Burley. The STL file provided is for the right side mount of the handlebar. To print a left-hand mount, simply mirror the part. The current pictures are of the first iteration of this design, but I've since refined it and will have updated photos available shortly. **Print Settings:** * Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC * Printer Model: Rostock MAX BYOL * Raft Requirements: Doesn't Matter * Support Material: No * Infill Percentage: 20% * Notes: Printed using Microcenter's Inland Black ABS filament at an extruder temperature of 240 degrees and a bed temperature of 90 degrees.
