Constructed with precision, these Arleigh Burke Class destroyers boast general dimensions that are within a 1-5% range of their actual counterparts. Each vessel is meticulously crafted individually, hence slight differences in equipment placements may occur. The models feature an array of animateable components, including the 5" gun, missile hatches, radar antenna, propellers and rudders, with flight deck nets lowering for flight operations. A multitude of detail is integrated into these meticulously designed models, which are available in several formats. These powerful destroyers, heavily armed and equipped with advanced technology from Ticonderoga class "Aegis Class" Cruisers, were developed to replace Spruance Class D vessels. The angled superstructure sides and tripod-masted radar design serve to minimize the ship's radar signature at sea. Equipped with a vast arsenal of Tomahawk cruise missiles and other guided weapons, these destroyers also house radar-guided 5" deck guns and Phalanx guns for enhanced defense. Seahawk Anti-sub warfare helicopters are carried on board, housed in dedicated hangars and armed with torpedoes. Additionally, the Burkes are equipped with six torpedo launch tubes each, situated amidships or on the after missile deck, varying by individual vessel.
