Khatt Northern Tower, Mud Brick, 19th Century - Burj Al Anbar stands proudly in the heart of old town Khatt within Ras AlKhaimah's emirate in UAE. The tower boasts a unique three-storey design with an oval ground plan that sets it apart. Its internal surface rises vertically while the outer surface gently slopes, creating a striking visual effect. As you ascend, you'll notice the walls gradually thinning out, giving the structure a sense of elegance and refinement. Access to the floors below would have been made using a sturdy ladder, which was likely placed at the top of the tower. The historic Bin Anbar mosque faces the west side of Burj Al Anbar, its presence adding to the tower's cultural significance. This 3D model was meticulously crafted using 88 high-resolution images captured by drone, and then painstakingly processed and cleaned in Reality Capture software.
