Humanity has uncovered a remarkable archaeological site in Russia's Republic of Bashkortostan, specifically within the Khaibullinsky District. Excavations conducted in 2009 at the Yakovlevka-2 barrow have revealed a significant burial complex with three distinct layers. Burial number two stands out as particularly noteworthy. According to the archaeological evidence, this Iron Age site dates back to the end of the V or IV century BC and is a testament to the Sarmatian culture's influence in the region.
