Burger mould
thingiverse
This one was requested by my brother for the restaurant he works at. These are simple yet robust burger molds used to create identical burger patties each time. You have a choice of two different sizes, 13 cm and 8 cm. How to use this: 1. Make mass (meat/spice mixture) for burgers; 2. Decide on how much meat you want each patty to have (we used 90g on the 8cm mold and 180g on the 13cm); 3. Separate the meat into balls of the same weight; 4. Assemble the body and base, then cover it with plastic wrap; 5. Place the meat in the mold; 6. Put another piece of plastic wrap on top and press down firmly; 7. Push out the formed patty by pressing on the base from underneath. The mold was designed with a plastic bag/wrap in mind, so there's a slight gap between the press and body. This intentional design makes it easier to clean and also helps when removing the patty.
