My father-in-law, a master baker, gave me the task to design a tool he can use to press the dough for burger buns to the exact height of 7 mm. Depending on the recipe, baking the pressed dough would result in a bun with the perfect size for a burger.I received specifications for the plate and decided to add a handle from guppyk to improve ergonomics. I resized the handle slightly and glued it in place.
