This design can be used as a mold for food-safe applications. Made from PETG, it features liners for added protection. Cleaning is essential. STL files are included with and without lettering. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Prusa Printer Model: Prusa Clone Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layers Infill: For PETG, a minimum of 25% infill is recommended; hex or concentric infill also work well. Notes: Due to the part's size, bed leveling and adhesion are critical. A glass plate with glue stick at 87C works well. Post-Printing: Cleanliness is paramount if you plan to use this design for food preparation. Ensure all whiskers are removed and the entire mold is thoroughly cleaned. We apply a cellophane layer. Design Process: Offsets and Layers Using Autodesk Fusion 360, I began with the outline before creating an offset and joining the two faces to achieve the desired taper.
