I designed these pulleys as more refined/industrial counterparts to the flashy Bunny pulley. After conducting a thorough search, I discovered that a 5.15mm axle bore was ideal for this purpose, which is why it's what I modeled. If you have specific requests for different sizes and designs, feel free to let me know and I'll be happy to upload them. I created mine using a standard Prusa Mk3s printer in Polymaker Polymax PC with a .25 nozzle and .10 layer height. Please note that nozzle diameters larger than .3 will not accurately render the smaller text. The white text on the pictured pulley was achieved by flowing acrylic paint into the recesses with a toothpick, allowing it to cure, then carefully wet-sanding it flat using 300 & 600 grit sandpaper.
