Bunny Egg Cutter with Stamp and "Create your own" Tutorial

<p>This is the procedure I used to create my <strong>Bunny Egg Cutter </strong>which can be used as “create your own cutter” quick tutorial:</p><ol><li>Find your picture&nbsp;<br>- enter keywords like "bunny egg" - search images - &nbsp;tools/type - Line Drawing<br>Recommendation: Simpler shapes without smaller details are more suitable.<br>- convert to a vector format like .SVG (eg. convertio.co)<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Modeling (should work for most CAD software)<br>- import SVG and scale to the desired size<br><br>Cutter geometry:<br>- outer contour offset 0.5 mm (this is the gap between cutter and stamp)<br>- outer contour offset 1.4 mm (0.9 mm difference will be the cutting part - calculated for two perimeters of 0.4 mm nozzle)<br>- extrude the cutting part about 15 mm<br>- create a sketch on a new surface and make another offset of the outer contour 2mm<br>- extrude the new offset in the opposite direction about 3 mm<br>- export Cutter as .STL<br><br>Stamp geometry:<br>- select the faces in the original sketch that will protrude from the stamp and extrude them about 1 mm<br>- create a sketch on a new surface, select everything within the stamp and extrude about 2 mm<br>- create a sketch on a new surface and create finger-friendly holder<br>- extrude holder about 7 mm<br>- export Stamp as .STL<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Printing<br>- nothing special here you simply print with the cutting parts at the top<br>- supports are not needed<br>- the material choice doesn't matter that much, but if you want to wash the cutter in the dishwasher, avoid PLA<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Using<br>- it's time for a sweet reward</li></ol><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/172006/rich_content/046a75b1-2030-4483-bb70-ace30d58f601/pxl_20220412_210020743portrait.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22d45253a5-634e-48e6-b38f-2a1e5c905942%22%2C%22w%22%3A4032%2C%22h%22%3A3024%7D"></figure><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/172006/rich_content/2f8dce50-d9f2-4387-ac3c-9ef183c497bd/pxl_20220413_192050357.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%2284bcd6db-a207-403e-ab3a-9eb5c0b03b48%22%2C%22w%22%3A4032%2C%22h%22%3A3024%7D"></figure><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/172006/rich_content/0f385ef3-6266-4693-b309-7bd9762b2a3a/pxl_20220413_192228302.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%2214afee1b-0e01-42ea-8097-d200e85e9ab8%22%2C%22w%22%3A4032%2C%22h%22%3A3024%7D"></figure><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/172006/rich_content/510a2505-5150-42d8-999a-5a18e34d003a/signal-2022-04-14-20-54-46-649.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%226802157b-e2af-4a3e-a884-4233dd51acd1%22%2C%22w%22%3A1200%2C%22h%22%3A1600%7D"></figure>
