This is a bunny cress-planter I designed specifically for Easter celebrations. Since cress grows rapidly, reaching its full height within under a week as seen in the picture, it makes an ideal plant for kids to cultivate. In our family, growing cress around Easter has become a cherished tradition. It's a fun and easy activity that also yields a delicious harvest. There's no need to wait! This design can be scaled up or down to suit any size preference. However, I recommend making it larger than the original model, as smaller versions may not produce an adequate amount of cress. Feel free to share if you've printed a massive one. Here are the step-by-step instructions to grow your own cress in this bunny planter: First, insert pieces of cotton pads or folded toilet paper into the bunny. Next, soak the cotton pad or toilet paper with water and maintain its moisture at all times. Now, plant the seeds. Place the bunny on a sunny windowsill or any other spot that receives ample sunlight. Finally, sit back and enjoy your fresh homegrown cress! This bunny planter is a modified version of the Meshmixer bunny design. I've adjusted the ears to ensure they can be printed without support and added a hole for the cress to grow freely.
