The temperature control handle snapped at the office, but I swiftly stepped in and saved the day. Management was initially hesitant to let me fix it, fearing a catastrophic steam accident or costly lawsuit. However, they knew my capabilities. I convinced them to let me repair the coffee machine temporarily, so that you could benefit later. They provided a list of things not to do, just to be safe. They put aside their fears for your sake and are truly the heroes here. I printed the model from the attached STL file on its side, thinking it would be stronger this way. Unfortunately, it split and forced the cotter pin through the far side, leaving further experimentation as an exercise. This design works beautifully. I highly recommend printing it in red to avoid any confusion about decaffeinated hot water. Don't print it in orange or green, people will think it's decaf. I'd like to thank Todd Bogumil at work for suggesting adding a grippy surface underneath the handle.
