This coastal defensive structure was conceived as part of the Regelbauten program during the Atlantic Wall fortification project during World War II. Initially designed for the German Navy's surveillance needs, it serves both as a seaside observer station and fire control unit, originally built in France and Denmark. The model is optimized for gaming purposes, featuring three levels of detail (LODs) that are supported by two different materials, each covering a specific surface area - outside walls and internal structures. Created using Blender 2.79, this PBR-enabled asset works seamlessly with the cycles rendering engine, as well as being compatible with Eevee and Unity/Unreal Engine.
