This is my custom-built rcwing bungee launching platform. I created it to launch my rc fpv wings because it's a whole lot more fun! This design boasts numerous advantages: It's relatively simple to build, can be assembled and disassembled swiftly in the field without tools, is incredibly light and super compact once disassembled, and you can modify it to fit your aircraft dimensions. To get started, all you need to do is follow these easy steps: 1) Print the various parts (make sure they're strong! A minimum of 50% infill and 1.2mm walls will do): You'll need eight M6 screw holders, four M6 bolt holders, and four 20mm tube caps. 2) Use a hot glue gun or CA glue to assemble the parts (Be generous with glue - it'll last longer that way!): Attach four M6 40mm screws to each of the four screw holders using glue. Next, attach four M6 20mm screws to the other four screw holders. You should also glue in place the four M6 bolts into their respective bolt holders and finally attach another set of four M6 20mm screws to the remaining two screw holders. 3) Cut the 20mm outside diameter tubes to the correct dimensions for your plane (The inside diameter is 17mm): For example, if you have a Z84 wing from HobbyKing, you'll need two bottom tubes measuring 280mm in length, two small vertical tubes at 180mm, two medium vertical tubes at 220mm, and two longer tubes at 800mm. 4) Drill the tubes according to the provided pictures. 5) Use glue to secure the screws and bolt holders as depicted in the pictures (Be mindful of the hole alignment!).
