This is my DIY RC wing bungee launching platform. I built it to launch my RC FPV wings because it's way more fun! This design boasts several advantages: It's straightforward to build. It can be assembled and disassembled rapidly in the field without requiring tools. It's lightweight and extremely compact once disassembled. You can modify it to fit your aircraft dimensions. ALL YOU NEED TO DO: 1) Print the various parts (minimum 20% infill): 8x M6 screw holders 4x M6 bolt holders 4x 20mm tube caps 2) Assemble with a hot glue gun by gluing together: 4x M6 40mm screws in 4x screw holders 4x M6 20mm screws in 4x screw holders 4x M6 bolts in 4x bolt holders 4x M6 20mm screws in 4x screw holders 3) Cut the 20mm external diameter tubes to the correct dimensions for your plane (17mm internal diameter). Example: For my Z84 wing (HobbyKing): 2x bottom tubes, each 280mm long 2x small vertical tubes, each 180mm 2x medium vertical tubes, each 220mm 2x long tubes, each 800mm 4) Drill the tubes according to the pictures. 5) Glue the screws and bolt holders together as shown in the pictures (be cautious: ensure the holes align correctly).
