This personalized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35815 features a safer, blunt point for boat use. A 2mm*3mm pillar and slightly angled teeth were added to enhance gripping capabilities during printing with single extruder heads. Although one example's pillar collapsed, the outcome was still usable. The text size impacts print quality; larger text prints better. It was printed on EShapeoko using Sli3r-generated GCode with these parameters: layer_height=0.3, perimeters=3, top_solid_layers=3, bottom_solid_layers=3, fill_density=0.4, perimeter_speed=30, infill_speed=60, travel_speed=130, nozzle_diameter=0.5, filament_diameter=1.70, extrusion_multiplier=1, with specified extrusion widths for perimeters, infill, and solids.
