Bungee Clips for tarps

I have a small trailer that carries everything I need, but the tarps always get caught up and won't stay tight due to misaligned tie-downs and eyelets. Here's my fix: a simple mechanism made of two holes in different sizes. The smaller hole is used for hooking a bungee cord, while the larger one has a round, hollow part called the 'disco ball.' The tarp is wrapped around this piece, then threaded through the big hole until it gets caught, and pulled tight along the thin groove section that allows the tarp to slide and get secure. This stops the disco ball from passing further in so you can attach the bungee cord wherever needed. If I put the disco ball inside the tarp instead, it not only secures the bungee but also pulls the loose edges of the tarp towards itself which keeps them tight. Don't leave this same setup on the trailer or cargo for a long time because that might lead to wear and tears. Also move its position periodically to prevent any damage. The small hole was made so I could secure the disco ball with rope when it's not being used to keep it at one spot on the trailer at all times. I'm going to share pictures of my setup soon for reference. Update: I've added some pictures of these small attachments now that they're ready to use. Hopefully, these photos are enough to show how this solution works smoothly. However, the holes in these little gadgets aren't suitable for newer types of plastic bungee cords which got released recently, so expect new versions today evening which will include lanyard slots and a better bungee hole size to work with modern plastics. There are four clips designed now. These were made much later than expected but I managed to complete them in time and added lanyard holes along the edges for you. These bigger hooks should easily attach to your tarp's new plastic cord attachments and, there is another small hole to make sure these balls can't get misplaced when not in use by attaching it directly. Again, some improvements: I came up with better clips that now have slightly larger bungee hook holes plus the tapered shape allows lanyards for added safety when not attached. I will be posting images once they're printed.
