Bungee-Based Ear Saver / Mask Harness

I was studying designs for 3D printed mask holders and they resembled miniature saw blades almost perfectly. The concept hit me yesterday to create one using bungee cord from my local hardware store, which cost $17 for a 100-foot roll of 1/4-inch cord. This design boasts several innovative features: 1. Only two small smooth plastic components make contact with the head. 2. There's no material that can tangle in long hair. 3. For tie-on masks, it includes elastic to allow adjusting tension. 4. The cord can be threaded through any hole for a customizable fit. 5. There are options for thin string or thick straps. 6. It is contoured to rest comfortably against the ear. The V1 file has a narrow slot for thin elastic bands. The V2 file features a larger channel for masks with cloth straps. The photos used were printed in PLA, but I recommend using PETG or ABS for added durability.
