Bumper Light Bracket

So the new front bumper (Barricade Extreme HD Full Width Front Bumper) I installed on my jeep came with brand-new LEDs for the fog lights, a convenient bonus. The design also allowed me to reuse the OEM lights from the old bumper, which was a great feature. To mount the extra LEDs, I needed a sturdy bracket, and that's when I turned to my 3D Printer. It saved the day by printing out the bracket I needed in PETG, with twice the normal wall thickness and 80% fill for added strength. The test fit took about an hour and a half, but each final part took nearly five hours to print. Despite the long wait time, they feel incredibly solid. Only time will tell if they can withstand the road conditions.
