Bumper/Dust cover for flashlight

My friend picked up these flashlights from his workplace that serve as a USB battery pack, I wouldn't be shocked if the exact same model is utilized for promotional giveaways. It's a handy combo but has a tendency to slide off tables, the ports are exposed and the button has a very light touch and isn't recessed so it's not quite compact enough to carry in your pocket.
