We designed a straightforward TV bumper to shield our television from a slamming cabinet door. The device functions similarly to a spring, ensuring the stopping motion is smooth and not too abrupt. We secured it with a strip of two-sided tape. To halt the door 95mm away from the wall, we created an STL file that would produce a 100mm bumper, but you can easily customize it by editing the attached SCAD file or simply scaling it to your needs.
