Bumper case frame for JBL GO 2 to use with carabineer to clip on a hiking backpack bag

The title says it all!

I have made a hanging frame for my old JBL GO2. Ideal for hiking trips and mountain bike rides.

I have printed with ABS that shrinks quite a lot. The model is 0.2-0.3 mm larger than the speaker itself. Even like this the fit is really snug, needs a bit of force to fit. With PLA or PETG it may be a bit large, adjust the size according to your printer setup.

Printed with Ender 3V2, volcano hotend, 0.6mm nozzle, ABS at 235C, plain mirror bed at 100C, no adhesive, no slurry, no brim, no raft. Printer placed in a closet to avoid drafts.

Sliced with Prusa Slicer, arachne mode, 50-70mm/s, 1400mm/s² acceleration, 0.28mm layer height.

Print time is about 45 minutes with this setup.

Attention! ABS releases some toxic fumes, use an extractor or place the printer in separate room with proper ventillation.
