Bullseye 2in1out base
cults3d
I previously modified the Hero Me duct system to work with the 2in1out hotend from bigtreetech. After a LOT of experimentation I found that the angle of the ducts on the Hero Me is not suited to an E3D type nozzle since it sits a lot closer to the heat block than the MK8 nozzle on the standard Ender printers. The petsfang works a bit better but it is actually the bullseye duct that shines with this nozzle. I therefore created this base which is compatible with the Ender 5 for direct drive and bowden setups as well as the Ender 3 for bowden setups. I use it with this thing (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4402183) that allows me to drive two 5015 fans. I achieve perfect overhangs until 70 degrees and thereafter only slight distortion until 80 degrees. Print it laying flat on it's back with 100% infill. I used supports everywhere and was able to easily remove them.
