Bullnose trim piece for drop ceilings
thingiverse
Simple task, just a few minutes to print out. Adheres perfectly to existing drop ceiling angle brackets around a bullnosed corner, eliminating any annoying gap. Print is incredibly thin, resembling the OEM equivalent exactly. Instead of wrapping around the angle brackets, this part sticks on with strong double-sided tape. Modifying it to wrap around is definitely possible, but this design gives a much cleaner look. Because it's so thin, it's completely see-through if printed in white. You will have to use flat white spray paint, applying 2-3 coats on either side (I used the downward-facing side) to block any shadows effectively. There are two parts here - one for a typical corner where a bracket bumps up perpendicular to another - and another that is specifically designed for situations like mine, where three angle brackets come together in a corner, requiring a bit more overlap.
