My house features numerous bullnose corners, where rounded edges meet. Most of the time, I work alone when installing baseboards around these areas, and measuring from one corner to another is frequently difficult. In search of a solution, I discovered the Bench Dog Bullnose trim gage at Rockler, but it proved too pricey for its capabilities. Determined to find an alternative, I decided to design and 3D print my own bullnose corner gauge. This homegrown tool greatly simplifies measuring these tricky corners. Additionally, I sought the challenge of creating this device from scratch.
