Bullets in accurate measures
thingiverse
As someone who lives in a country with tight gun regulations, I wanted to 3D print real-scale ammunition simply to get a better understanding of how large different types of bullets really are. I created replicas of some of the most well-known bullet types using precise measures that closely match their real-world counterparts. This was done to ensure accuracy and authenticity. The following types were included: * 5.56x45 NATO * 7.62x39 * 7.92x57 Mauser * 7.65×21 Parabellum * 9x19 Parabellum * 10mm AUTO * 30-06 Springfield * 40 S&W * 45 ACP * 308 Winchester * 338 Lapua Magnum * 500 S&W Magnum (The tip of this bullet was intended to be flat, but I rounded it instead) * 50 BMG (This one is simply a scaled-up version of the 30-06 Springfield with accurate measurements) * 14.5x114 (.57 Cal Anti-Tank) Note: Some bullets may not have perfectly accurate tips as some have a slightly flattened tip, however this should not affect their actual size or measurements in any way.
