The original carbon fibre top for my XS220 took a serious beating after crashing into a steel post at over 60mph, but I really loved the quad as it was and didn't want to wait for a replacement frame. I tried other designs on this forum for the XS220, but they just weren't durable enough in PETG. So I designed my own top to address some issues with the previous ones: - Unmatched durability that stands up to anything! - A super sleek low profile design still allows for a 3-tier stack and easy building / maintenance. - Plenty of airflow for VTx cooling when not flying. - Designed specifically for modern 19x19 micro cams like runcam, foxeer, or caddx micro turbo. - Provision for cable tie antenna mounts. - Built to rest directly on top of steel stack screws and nuts, so crashes are supported by the body itself. Print this top upright with supports, using PETG because it's easy to print with, super durable, and looks great. Be sure to adjust the height of your stack screws so that the recesses inside the canopy rest nicely on the top nuts, and use steel screws!
