Bullet flipper for sizing cast bullets

This is the mechanism that I use to guide the projectiles in the right direction, feeding them into the sizing press with precision. The motor powering this system is identical to the one used in my collator/feeder, and an 8mm NPN inductive sensor controls the relay that switches the motor on and off for the full tube cycle. My bullet wheels are custom-designed to accommodate the specific lengths of projectiles I cast using my molds. The flipper works seamlessly with these lengths, but if a projectile is too long or has imperfections, it can get stuck. To mitigate this issue, I use a key wheel that assists the flipper in gently nudging any misshapen bullets into position after they've undergone powder coating.
