Questions pertaining to information already covered here will be ignored, so read this summary. If there is a caliber not covered here and you would like a wheel/droptube for, then PM me, otherwise this project is complete for now. Original AmmoMike83 OpenBulletFeeder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2504314 These are a few modifications I made for AmmoMike83's open bullet feeder project. Note, the part that houses the light barrier board is for the GEREE DC 12V Light Control Switch listed on the original thingie. The mount requires a 1/2in rod with through holes on either end for m3 through bolts. The box relocates both the MBF power supply and the light barrier board to the side of the collator. You will need to remove the power supply from its case, I used a hacksaw and carefully sliced through all four seams. You will also need: -25 #0 thread forming plastic screws located here https://www.mcmaster.com/99512a111. -6 M6x1 bolts located here https://www.mcmaster.com/92095a248 -6 M6x1 nuts, I used these https://www.mcmaster.com/99908a101 -4 M3x.5 for the mount on the collator side, I dont know the length as I cut some I had on hand -4 M3x.5 nuts, I used these https://www.mcmaster.com/90576a102 I used a T5 insert bit and the appropriately sized box end wrench to drive the screws that hold the box to the collator. Pilot hole size for the #0 screws is .046". I included a printable drill jig to drill the side of the collator for the correct spacing. I used this coiled cable for the led and sensor https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076MXJG9R *Update 12/8/18* - Added v2 spring adapters, large and small - Added gripping surface to aid in rotation - Removed fillet at part mouth and added beveled edge - Removed v1 files - Added improved turning ramp - Fastens over existing body ramp with 2x #0 thread forming plastic screws - Flips up to 180gr .308 - Will pull nose up pistol rounds back into body that have drifted outside of wheel *Update 12/5/18* - Added collator body mount v2 using splines to allow rotational adjustments in 10deg increments. - Uses same bolts and hole pattern as v1 - Requires an additional m3x.5 pan head bolt with nut - Removed v1 file. - Both part files should be printed with splines running in the vertical position - Added a wheel puller - Requires 2 M3 screws, I used https://www.mcmaster.com/96817a370 - Uses key for mounting alignment
