Instructions Mounts consist of Base and Cam printed parts using Igus GFM-0507-05 bearing. Attach suction mounts to a stainless plate by drilling two 9mm holes with slots, then secure with M10 washers. Place two M4 screws in the base part alongside the Igus Bearing. Fasten an M5 x 16 Countersink screw to Cam Mount and tighten it securely using an M5 Nyloc Nut. Attach a camera with M3 x 12ish screws and plain nuts. Connect a stainless sheet with suction cups using 2x M4 x 8 button head screws. Mount it securely on your helmet. This sturdy design has enough flexibility to accommodate most helmets, so enjoy the smooth ride.
