thingiverse
This is a replacement kit for the entire shovel mechanism of the Majorette 1/56e Bulldozer. It's designed to look exactly like the original mechanism, which means it isn't optimized for 3D printing using FDM due to all those small cylindrical shapes. Bill of material: Printing 2x Cylinder bracket 2x Cylinder 1x Cylinder rod (can be replaced with two "L" sections made from 2mm rods connected together) Crank Lever 1 Lever 2 Other: 1x 2.5mm diameter rod, 25mm long 1x 2mm diameter rod, 21mm long Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Resolution: 0.2mm (may be even better with less) Rafts: Yes Supports: No Infill: 10% Notes: The infill value doesn't matter because this was printed using two shells Some parts are also printed with a third fan layer. Mount the 2.5mm rod near the cabin 3. Put Cylindre on Cylinder rod 4. Mount Crank to the shovel on its smaller side 5. Position levers in the center of bulldozer arms 6. Connect the rods to Levers (pins inserted into lower holes) 7. Glue Cylinder brackets onto Cylinder but avoid the cylinder rod! 8. Put Crank into the upper lever hole 9.
